Potassium Nitrate (KNO3)

Water-soluble fertilizer providing both nitrogen and potassium, widely used in fertigation for fruiting crops such as tomato, pepper, cucumber, grapes, citrus, and strawberries to improve yield, sugar content, and fruit quality.

How this fertilizer fits into your plan

1 Nutrient content (N‑P‑K and more)

  • N – 12–14%
  • K – 44–46percentage (K2O)

2 Typical application rates

  • General: 30-80 kg per hectare via fertigation
  • Vegetables: 30-60 kg per hectare during flowering and fruiting
  • Fruits: 40-80 kg per hectare for fruit trees and vines

3 How to apply

Fertigation, Foliar spray (at lower doses)

Frequency

Applied weekly or every 1-2 weeks as part of fertigation programs during fruiting

Can be used all year with correct timing.

Safety & precautions
